Tax & Legal consisting of the Director Tax & Legal (located in Kista) and Tax & Legal Manager, Americas (located in In Amesbury outside Boston).
We are now looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our high-performing Tax & Legal team, to help accelerate our continuing fast-paced growth.
The Tax & Legal group is mainly responsible for tax, insurance and legal matters within the Munters Group. We work closely with e.g. finance, treasury and the individual business areas and other functions within Munters.
The Transfer Pricing Manager will be a key contributor to the Group and the role includes an overall transfer pricing responsibility as well as support to the organisation with a variety of questions within this comprehensive area of tax, legal and insurance.
Key Responsibilities include;
•Transfer pricing strategy, and support to Business Areas and stake holders
•Country by Country Reporting
•Transfer pricing structuring including documentation – long term development of policies and principles as well as maintenance of documentation, follow up etc
•Intra group charges, allocation of costs, intra group agreements, processes and follow up
You will also, but not only;
•Support in connection with tax audits
•Cooperate with Group Finance on tax reporting
•Support and review of tax calculation and tax returns for the Swedish group companies
•Support with corporate governance issues
•Assist with general tax, legal and insurance matters, such as insurance claims, input on commercial agreements, M&A activity, etc.
Profile and qualifications

· At least a 4-year university degree in Law and/or Finance
· 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
· Fluency in Swedish and English (written and orally)
